1. Client Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation session:

24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or billed in full, depending on the circumstances.
For package clients, all sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
2. Colosseum Enterprises, LLC Cancellations
In the event that Colosseum Enterprises, LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances:

A make-up session will be scheduled at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
Because our services are customized and professional in nature:

All sales are final once services have been rendered or sessions have been missed without appropriate notice.
